33. Government Attorney to plead:
(1) In the cases stipulated in Schedule 1 or 2 and in any case in which the Government of Nepal is specified in law to be a plaintiff,
the Government Attorney shall plead and defend. Other than this, in the cases in  which the Government of Nepal has been made defendant or it has filed a case by
being a plaintiff, the Government Attorney may plead and defend if any request is made by the concerned authority.
(2) In any case other than stipulated in Sub-Section (1) concerning the Government of Nepal, if the concerned Officer directly requests the Attorney
general for defense, the Attorney general may designate the Government Attorney for pleading or defense in such case.
